Meet the English crew

Postby Daz » Fri May 16, 2003 10:57 am

As some of you may know i have been over to several meets in England and have met and made some great friends, anyway i was speaking to some of them and they are intrested in possibily coming over here say march next year and maybe have a meet here,

What i was wondering was if they do come over how many here would be intrested in getting together with them, and if their is enough intrest/people from both sides i could maybe look into the costs of getting mondelo past for a track day

I'll keep you posted on how it develops i know it is early days yet but the meet calender for this year over there is pretty full so thats why the planing starts now

Sounds like an excellent idea Daz. The UK lads havn't been over since '99 whereby the (since disbanded) Irish club at the time organised a weekend.
See http://www.mivec.co.uk/ftorally/ftorall ... land99.htm

I'd be happy to help if you need any assistance.

Yea i totally agree now this isn't on any of the other forums (SG, Jcars ect) as yet as it is just a few friends (5-10) from over there that are intrested in coming for a visit and it will probably be done and arranged over there privately via e-mail for now till they know exactly when they can all do it at the same time and will then probably come into effect on the forums nearer xmas
