The following may be of use in the event that you're considering installing a set of lowering springs in your FTO. Costs correct as of June '10, see Camskill and Nengun. In order of spring rate (soft to hard:

    Apex
    Spring rate F/R 2.8 / 2.3 (kg/mm)
    Drop F/R 45mm/25mm
    Cost €120

    Tein S-Tech
    Spring rate F/R 3.2 / 2.6 (kg / mm)
    Drop F/R 49mm/45mm
    Cost €176

    Eibach
    Spring rate F/R 3.57 / 2.8 (kg / mm)
    Drop F/R 30mm/30mm
    Cost €193

    Espelir
    Spring rate F/R 4.0 / 3.2 (kg / mm)
    Drop F/R 35mm /25mm
    Cost €145

(Note: Drop levels specific to V6 engined FTOs, the drop on the GS will be less)

At present, I have Espelirs fitted on standard shocks and for my money, they're too hard for road use. They would be perfect for track use however.
The Teins looks like a good balance in terms of drop vs spring rate and would suit track and road use.
In terms of overall value for money, good ride quality and a reasonable drop, I would be inclined to go with what we all know is the best comparable choice - Apex.
