Pearly Blue- 03/03/04 Barna Galway

Postby Speedyboy » Wed Mar 03, 2004 9:41 pm

I meet a pearly blue FTO between Barna and Spiddal and Galway around 6pm today 03/03/04. It looked similar to one I seen in belssington before. Was going in the opposite direction to me so I dont have much details.

Nive avatar Ralph, any bigger pics of your FTO you could send on, that BLue would brighten up the Gallary page no end.

We missed out on that one, Bidding went quite high in the end we were looking at paying €10,000 landed which is a little too much for a 97, She now has her eye on a high spec prelude of the same year.

Out of interest, what auction site where you using Ralph?
10k for a 97 manual GPvR is about right I reckon.

Hmmmm, Perplexed now!! The auction had it down as a GPvR and the manual aircon, blue seats and mivec stickers on the side . But why would anyone put GR stickers on a GPvR. Maybe its a good thing I didnt win!! DE3A-0201253 is the chassis number if anyone wants to try and decode it?

It also has the GPvR air con unit which is not normally in any other FTO so it probably is legit. Maybe he had a tip on the back and replaced by GR boot ?
