Does anyone know how to make a photo permitted avatar size without compromising parts and quality of the pic?

Just reduce it using MS paint, did a good enough job on mine...

InfranView is good for this.

MS paint can mess up the pic quality.

Take a picture of something far away, and then cut out the bit you want. :P
