Just passed the nct this morning, not a thing wrong with her, granted i had her fully serviced last week, changed all the light bulbs, two front tyres and the rear bushes!! but it's nice to know she's ticking over ok!

the emissions were worrying me though, used some Dip-Tane, clears it all out, emmissions came in at 0.1, so it's pretty good!

Did a search on the web for Dip-Tane but nothing comes back, whats it marketed as?

that's the name of it, the spelling is probably off! as usual! :wink:

but it's meant to be handy enough to pick up in most motor factors!

very true! there were two guys over at her for about then minutes talking about the car, thought sh1t something major is up.....

Have you de-catted the exhaust?
If not - would the GS not have better emmission levels than the GR/GPX?

no the cat is still on it, but they actually don't diffreniate between the models because on the top of the sheet showing the results it has the 2litre engine code DE2A ect.....
