Enjoyed the day lads and lassies, apart from the rain that is! Big thanks to everyone for making FTO-Ireland look class as usual!
Big thanks to Colm for running our entries smoothly and keeping on top of everyone.
And of course a massive thanks to Shane and Dave for taking the 2 young lads through the tunnel in the Z's. Never stopped on about it on the way home! :) Made their day.
Have some pics of some of the other cars and of course the FTOs which I'll put up later.
One thing I did notice about the show is that I thought there were some cars that are not exactly Show and Shine, I know its not a modified show by any means, but I didnt think a standard BMW with nothing done not even alloys, and a Carina with a black bonnet were exactly Show and Shine cars. Saying that, some of the cars there were fine examples of work and care and represented their owners very well.

Looks like it turned out to be a successful weekend despite the weather et al, well done to Colm, MfFTO and co. on the organisational front. Would have loved to get down this year but I'll take solice from the fact the weather in Sardinia and Sicily was a whole lot better than home!

What is Elaine's fella doing in front of my car - jazz hands?!

What a great day folks, enjoyed so much meeting all of ye. Thanks Shane for the BBQ, I think I'm going to have to steal away your kitten though...

Sorry again to Seb for getting him lost, I had to stop off at the shop to go to the ATM!

The quarter mile is just not worth talking about for any car that was there that day, the whole thing should be disregarded, it was just too short and too wet. Car and driver's ability became null and void in those sort of conditions.

Here are my photos from the day:
