evoscan, what do i need

i tried searching but culdnt figure out exactly what i need for it to work, do you download the software and then buy the cable? i have understanding i would need open port 1.3u cable but what else software wise? please help im very interested

Buy cable here here (check for compatibility first, mail evoscan to be sure), select required software revision and then take time to read through all of the tutorials and videos available online (don't underestimate the amount of time required to read up on this stuff).
