Posted: Wed Sep 26, 2007 11:18 amIt sounds like it's the wrong format. You'll need to open it in an image editing program (even Paint will do if it can read your file) and then save it as a jpeg, png or gif.
When you click "Save as" there should be a file type option under the file name.

Posted: Wed Oct 03, 2007 6:12 pmyour picture is too big, try shrinking it in MS Paint. you only need a tiny picture for the profile pic.
