Dublin to Galway Motorway

Postby Kace » Sat Dec 19, 2009 9:57 pm

Travelled to Galway last night and back today. Motorway is superb ! Unbelievable journey times now possible as you only need to slow down twice the whole way for tolls (costs you €2.90 + €1.90 though but well worth it)

Happy days for anyone that does that trip regularly.

possibly the only thing we have to show for the huge amount of money passing through the country in past 10 years are the new roads.Im also impressed with the freeflow interchanged at M1/M50 and red cow etc, plus 3 lanes of good quality asphalt for most of the M50 now.
