Stewy - I'd be very surprised if it was..

..If it was indeed on the track I dont think there'd be much in the way of insurance cover anyways..

so eh yeah - I'm sure it happened on the way home, or something...

despite the massive pricetag and the disappointing bhp figure I think it is a pretty deadly looking corolla.. I'd love to see it nuts out against a few similar specced cars... like the Pug thing..Rcz..

Note the crashed and uncrashed vehicles bare different registration numbers.
My initial reaction was a 'steer with the rear ' moment gone wrong. But really it just looks like a minor rear end shunt. Sickener on such a new car.

Looks like it got a light tap on the rear end by some ass hugging numpty. Doesn't look like an accident caused by the GT86 driver.

Forgot all about this post..

Fun little car to drive.
Not a million miles off the FTO powerwise, but the power delivery is different.

Like a modernised FTO if you will.

There's all that as well..

Going through VRTing mine now..it's sore on the wallet to a completely different scale than the FTO ever was... but I was laughing all the way to the NCT centre this morning - and I've a fairly long drive.

Having said all that - I've no doubt that in "real world" back road with decent surface a well driven, well adjusted and well maintained GpX would be hard to shake.
Mine still gives me what James May describes as "the fizz" :-)
