World of wheels

Postby kevinod » Wed Feb 08, 2006 1:58 am

There was a car show on while I was in Pittsburgh, so I went along and took a few pics... a lot of older american cars I didn't recognise, so I think some of the show's features were a little lost on me, but there were some fantastic paint jobs, and some OBSCENELY cleaned & polished motors (mirrors underneath and all!) for anyone interested I took a few pics... Oh ya, the 'actual' batmobile from the tv series years ago was there too.

Some fire graphics, but 100 times better than the rubbish on pimp my ride
Impressive paintwork of angels (ok ok girlies  )
... and more on the door
VW Golf rocker cover graphics
A car called a Voodoo Spider, never came across it before, maybe custom built?
One of the absolutely obscenely cleaned and polished motors, check out the exhaust!!
A monster truck...
... and a munster coach (sorry)
Grand finale - the Batmobile!

Some of the links arent working for me.

I wonder what a paint job like those fire graphics cost.

They were uploading really slowly, so I had the post done before they were all available. They should be there now though!

The fire paintwork was impressive, there's probably not a lot of paint shops around that could do something that good methinks?

Some nice motors there alright. :)
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.
