Someones prob put this up before;
https://www.ncts.ie/nctmanual.pdf

Think an interesting point is relating to emissions - "Where it can be established that the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations on exhaust emissions are higher than those listed in the reasons for failure then the manufacturer's figure should be the criteria used when deciding whether or not the vehicle passes."
Anyone know what Mitsi's recommendations are? And is this point even worth noting?

I'm sure if Mitu had recommended figures, then they'd be based on a healthy FTO with a cat fitted!

Well I have the cat, and what would be healthy? Just done my oil and filters last weekend. Full service couple of months ago. And going to drive with MAAAAD revs to the centre in 2 weeks time. Hoping for a clean bill.

Give it a dose of cleaner while you're at it.

You should try Maxol's E5, I'm keeping track of my MPG and so far it seems 3MPG better since I started using it.

I'm interested to see what it's like over the long term but so far so good.

I use vpower all the time and never had any problems with emissions. I try to change the oil regularly too so prob all contributes I guess.

Thanks Steelroe.
Does the underside of the bonnet usually have something over it, cause mine seems just to have an outer skin, just always thought it looked like something else should be there too. Never noticed silver labels but I wasnt looking either. Are they written in Jap or english, cause when I went looking for the battery spec on the existing its in Jap, and my Japanese isnt great to be honest!
