Well not really a problem more of an annoyance.

When ever I download my mail, Outlook puts replies to Ebay questions straight into the deleted box. Not sure why anyone got any ideas

sounds like its treating the incoming email as "junk mails"... If you right lick on the deleted message you should have the option to "mark as safe" or "whitelist" so the mails from ebay are not treated like junk.

yup - that sounds about right to me

If at all possible you should respond to your email messages through your "my messages" section on the eBay site.

Makes Phising much more difficult!
