a bit of help please. (air inlet maniflod instructions need)

i am planing on taking to inlet manifold off to put a thermol gassket in plus while its off get it cleaned up and the throttle body how do i take the throttle body and in let manifold off? what pipes do i need to plug to stop the water pouring out?
