Postby gary d » Fri Apr 24, 2009 10:21 am

Can anyone suggest a good site or have any links to a good avatar site, if such a thing exists. starting to think my profile looks a little bare without one. Some good ones on here, makes your posts look instantly recognisible.
Some thing mitsi or fto related would be good, would love the ralliart logo. your help would be greatly appreciated. 8)

you can use any picture as an avatar, providing you resize it correctly.

Tried this before but I couldn't manage to get down small enough. What would be the best way to do this?

I usually open the picture in MS Paint, and then resize it. there's probably a slicker way of doing it, but it works.

Can I suggest using a free graphics editor called Infranview, it works well, has plenty of options and will allow you to resize and change the colour depth ofpictures reasonably easily.

If I were you I'd go with a pic of your car, saying that I used this one before and quiet liked it... might need to be reduced though.
