Video Bandwidth

Postby fatboyfat7 » Fri Dec 05, 2008 1:08 pm

Have a new laptop and that plug in broadband. Just started watching a film on moviekase and it stopped saying my video bandwidth is exceeded and I can continue again in a short while. Is there anyway I can get more bandwidth cause I was only watching the thing for about half an hour. Im not a very computer friendly sort.

Check the terms and conditions of your broadband provider - sounds like they have a limiter placed on connections to avoid people streaming movies and hogging all the bandwidth.

Sounds like a message from the site as opposed to your ISP. Are you sure you don't have to pay teh site for an enhanced service?

I think you could both be right. It was a message from the site. I didnt realise streaming was a problem? The site didnt demand money but they did offer an 'upgrade' for a set amount of money. I was told about the site from a friend only last night and he's never had any trouble on it or paid anything so I'm guessing it might be the server too.
