[MINI MEET] Clare/Limerick [12th May 2010]

Would be nice to get any new members and of course the old ones to a local meet.

Was thinking of next Thursday evening around Bunratty, should be handy for Limerick and Clare people.

Any thoughts?

Should be able to make it.. Haven't been to a meet yet. Had an mx5 meet at mine in ennis a few months back ..But I don't like mx5's!

Eaxct time and Venue please? would be nice to get all the cars together in public view, but all the parking near the castle is usually taken, most suitable car park would be at the back of Meadows and Byrne. What do ye think?

I'd prefer to park up close to Macs Pub so we can be closer to the coffee and scones - back (top) entrance to Bunratty folk park. As it'll be late I don't see the main Castle car park being full and would def make for better photos.

Well that was my second option but thought it was a bit off the beatan track (hadn't considered Mac's though). Yes this sounds like a better option.
(The carpark at Meadows and byrne, is much like any carpark -boring with no back drop)

I won't be out of work until 6.30.

Also, I'll be bringing the now infamous 'shed' (sorry, couldn't resist!) We better bring weapons in case any bmw drivers show up!

I'll be going from work too at 1730 so earlier the better for me.
How about a 7pm start ? - that'll give OI time to get over and still have plenty of light for photos.
