battery problems.

need to get a new battery, whats the best one to get? price etc...

You've got no choice really... the cable points on the FTO are small as standard so there's only one battery they can provide you... that is unless you get the points changed in a garage beforehand and that can be expensive.

As we know, the FTO is equipped with the same battery thet goes into the Micra, its well underpowered for its intended application. The problem with getting a more powerful battery is that they tend to have larger poles, to accomadate this, you need to replace the battery terminals. If you don't want to do this, get the highest output battery you can that is compatiple with the existing terminals. I'm running a 70Ah (ampere hour) battery with uprated terminals, try and pick up a unit with a rating of 50-70Ah. You'll pay anything up to €100 for a decent model.
