Anyone know where to get one? it's not for me, it's for a friend, Marc, he bought a 97 manual GR from Neil, cracking motor, very clean and oh so much quicker than my lowly GS!!

Before I bought the Hiro from Steelroe - Giles in Japco agreed that if I arranged the courier he would have no problem selling me a genuine Version R for £200GBP (or Euro equivalent).

Just on this subject of rear wings - I took a spin to the bodyshop a couple of days ago to see how the car was coming on - the DC skirts had been blended in and the standard spoiler was off - have to say I really liked the look of the Top mix splitter and DC blended skirts without the spoiler - so I'm going spoilerless for a while to see what I think and if and when I get tired of it I may stick on the Hiro spoiler.

I'll put some pictures up next week and ye can make up ye're own minds whats better.

so Giles is the man to talk to?? i take it that was a genuine one?

i don't think he would mind a fake!

as for the turbo, it will have a lot to live up to now!

looking forward to seeing the side skirts, considering changing myself but funds are in ribbons lately!

Yeah its genuine only I'm afraid - the problem with a genuine Spoiler is that you have to redrill the holes in the boot - the fake fits the standard spoiler holes. Either way you'll still have to fill the center holes. Still a genuine spoiler has to be better quality than a copy.

yeah it probably is better quality but is it worth all the extra money!

might not be a bad idea to make a mould cos the uk guys are crying out for them as well!

I don't think a mould will cost less than £200GBP in any case.
