Na,JD they're standard as i've just lowered the gr. Considerably more bumpy (Apex) than the standard spring, Not all people will want to lower their FTO!
I'll lower anyones car for about 75euros. It's pretty hard work and takes all bloody day!

How did it take all day :( , i did mine in less than 3 hours :) did you have some seriously seized bolts or what :?:

with normal jack and no axle stands, i can see how it would take all day, i lowered mine with Karl and it still took us about 6 hours, and those poxy spring compessors!!

:) :) I suppose i did have all the right tools when doing mine including and air compressor and air tools incase i had any really siezed bolts but luckly i didn't :) :) :)

i had those crappy normal crompressors, the air ones would be handy alright!! :wink:

It took a while because, I decided to give all the bits,shocks etc a good clean,what's the point in sticking in some nice new springs and leaving the rest of underneath all manky, but a week later it all got dirty again! I didn't have an air-compressor thingy and the bolts were bloody tight!
