Postby DUTCHREDGPX » Tue Mar 14, 2017 10:14 pm

Hi All!

My name is Wouter, 26 years of age and i'm driving an Red FTO GPX tiptronic 94".
Living in Vlaardingen, small town between Hoek van Holland and Rotterdam.
We Have some issues with the engine, like the new member Ronsoft (dad in law) wrote. This is all started after an small engine rebuild ( leaking halfmoons).
Hope to learn much more about the FTO from all of you, because the FTO is a very rare car here in the Netherlands.
And we both also want to share our information about the FTO and her engine.

Small description of my FTO (no picture yet)

FTO GPX mivec tiptronic
2,5" stainless steel catback (i thought Mongoose) but will be changed for Japspeed headerback soon.
Alu intake with rep HKS mushroomfilter.
18" Drag dr9 matt black alloys with red wheelstripe.
Qsp deepdish steeringwheel and QSP hub.
Apex 45mm lowering springs (not mounted yet)

Plans:

Get the engine running again!!!
Go for MOT.
Anti rust treathment for bottom.
Mounting the apex springs and japspeed headerback.
Looking for a nice front bumber lip like the Nakaya tune edition lip.
And some small cosmetic changes.

Congrats on the new car - they are even rare here in Ireland now but still a great car.
Best of luck with the engine problem - it should be possible to fix.

Thnx Kace!,

Somebody told me today that there are only 18 registrated Dutch FTO's on this moment.
10 of them have MOT, 8 not.
