Addition: Avatar upload

I've added the facility on user profiles to upload a pic of your car or whatever to be used as an avatar. The picture must be 100x100 pixels or less and be under 10kb in size. Pop me an email if you've any problem with it.

As some of you will probably know, avatar uploading hasn't been working....until now! I've sorted out a permissions problem with the ISP so you should now be able to upload pics as long as they fit the criteria.
