The rally is on the 1st, The road will be closed from 1 to 6PM.
We'll get to see everything twice as it's stage 5 & 7.

The wife is a legend with a BBQ and grass grows back so I'm not too worried on either front

Seeing as Bernard is one of the founders I'll him tell you ALL about it. Hes good at that sort of stuff.

Seriously though, Bernard do you have room for all those cars in your garden?
And what time would we want to be there at cause the road will prob be closing earlier than 1 will it? Plus just in case people take a wrong turn or something and find out they cant turn back cause a section is closed off or something.

Is it too early to be asking the usual question for the cork crew? Meet up beforehand and go together or what?

There's no problem with room, I've a big back garden with a double (farmer style) gate.

I suppose we should plan on being a bit early, although my house is easy enough to find.

Not being smart here but would you want to hang a flag outside the gate or something for the first few to find it, cause I'm sure the rest will find it be looking for the house with the garden full of FTOs, and Z's, and possibly a VR4, and possibly a ferrari felicia, oh and your escort of course.

Can do.
The house is on a corner though so it's easy enough.

Any thoughts on an activity yet?
CJ was asking about a dyno. Unless someone knows otherwise I think the nearest one is in Tralee.

There is paintballing and karting in Limerick.

Paintballing isn't fantastic and the last time I went karting there I ended up in hospital.

TWICE.

I dont mind karting if y'all promise not to hit into me at full speed.

And that if you do that ye pay for my hospital fees. :P

I've added a pole
I'd say Saturday the 31st would be best for an Activity given that we'll be house bound from 1 'til 6 on Sunday.

Prob the better plan ya, wouldnt get much done on the sunday I'd say.
I go for karting with a bit of a drive afterwards. Paintballing hurts too much if got in the right (or wrong) places and I dont want to ruin my vision of my bhp which I tell everyone is 200 (dont start I know its not really!) so that rules out the dyno for me and I enjoyed the karting the last time so that won it for me.

Much as I love karting - I found the track and karts pretty dissapointing at Kilcornan. Think Paintballing would be the better option - CombatZone isn't a bad spot - not much different to Tralee for those that were there on the previous FTO meet.

Whatever way I'll be on for either-or.

Theres no dyno in Limerick area so thats a no-go!
