Fto owner (sort of)

Just recently got myself a mivec fto and plan on fitting the engine etc to my mirage asti,
Will be a pig of a job to do but ill be happy when i get it finished :D
Will upload some pics of both car asap

There's been a good few fto engines put in to colts so there should be plenty of support online

Yea theres plenty of lads on the colt uk owners club who did it so should get any help i need

As of now the interior & exterior of the fto has been stripped and i plan on selling as much stuff as possible to get some cash as i need to get an engine crane before i can drop the engine so i may not get round to doing any major work till after xmas

No bother man im thinking of making some sort of trolly to put under the engine and just drop it onto that save me buying an engine crane so you can give me a hand when i get around to doing it :)

Oh and tell the boss she can take him with her next time :lol:

I did that with a pallet, just cut the front section off and out she came.

Yea i got it sorted the other day, got breaks & suspension off today just few small bits left to be removed and the shell is going to the crusher

Heres how mine looks now, everything bar the rear trailing arms has been removed, the bolts seem to be siezed into the bushing :evil:
