Is there much of a difference between the sites?
Which one would you recommend?

If you have a gmail account you can use that.... allows you to store video and images amongst calenders and a host of other lovelies..
Got to gets me a job in google

I use www.imageshack.us cause it's dead easy.. and if you want you can install their toolbar and use that .. if you don't want to - you don't have to :-)
