Seat belt tension

Postby CJ » Mon Nov 15, 2004 12:15 pm

My drivers side seat belt tension is pretty bad to the extent that it won't retract unless I guide the belt in by hand. Does anyone know if its possible to re-tension the springs in the belt unit or is a new one on the cards?

You seem to be putting a fair bit of time into tiding up the 'small' things at the moment CJ, too much spare time on your hands?

Not at all, the small things don't take all the long to sort out (usually) but the seat belt thing is just another annoyance that I'd like to get out of the way.
