headlight removal

how on earth do they come out? i took out the 2 bolts and the light feels free but wont come out. is there any technique to this? alos i have the veilside kit and need to get to the lower fog/indicator pods but i found that the bolts holding them in are not attached. they feel loose but too wont come out. is there any other bolts to come out 1st. many thanks

They may be bolted in somehow different to standard.

I'd whip off the bumper and have a look..

Remember to get the bulbs disconnected off the back of the fog-lights before pulling the bumper off tho

Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but dint you have to take the pods off before removing the bumper? Arent they bolted to the crossmember

I think you're right - that's how it is with the standard bumper anyways.

yes this is what i found out. someone had used a bolt to hold the bumper on to car behind fogs were there usually be a screw but found they could not turn the bolt in the fog light glass so tie wraps all round the back?
