No idea, think they cost around a grand, (kiwi dollars), which is about 500 euro. Least thats what they sell for if it was being sold privately on buyandsell or something. Havent checked the official price yet though.

Just checked it out, to get the plates, registered and everything associated with the legalities, $899, or 450euro. Not bad is it? I know I can just get plates made up anyway for a few quid its the legal stuff that costs the packet so no point doing that if its for my car back home.
I've seen plates for sale on another website, but they are ones already owned so you're transferring ownership, for offers over $10,000!
They have some fun with plates over here though, I've seen '1 SK1D' on a Silvia, '1F ART' is for sale on that website, numerous ones with car titles like 'WRX', 'STI', 'EVO', and peoples names, once you're within 6 digits anything goes, its cool. One Grace saw on an Evo was a bit puzzling though, 'VTEC'. Just goes to show some people slip up big time when ordering!
