Can anyone give me a good reason not to buy this?

As in can anyone forecast any problems that might arise from have a couple of bruises in the silencer ?

Check it has your lifetime warranty, that doesnt seem to be mentioned, if it doesnt give me a call, I sell them at £269+PP inc fittings brand new for a decat system, with the lifetime warranty

It is possible that some of the baffles could be damaged. Other than that, I couldn't see any problem.

Same here - looks like good value on the face of it but if you shake the rear box and hear a rattle then you may have trouble with the baffles after a shorter period than otherwise with an unblemished exhaust.

For the money though I'd be tempted myself.
