Saw this one:

Nicely done & I do like the lambo doors. (Just don't agree with the price tag on the kits available)....

Its well done alright but I wouldn't be a fan on the Veilside front and side vents, they spoil the lines a bit IMO.

I think that car looks fantastic, is it an expensive job to get the doors done that way?
I never knew driving could be so much fun

----> CJ: I think you're right I never was super keen on the Veilside front..But hey it's a matter of opinion..Some will love 'em - others won't.

----> Damo: I saw one of those kits at 880GBP somewhere - I can't remeber where though. :-(

Nicely modified example - I actually like the F50 front bonnet and side vents.

Its very very low though - at least you could raise it on the adjustable coilovers but even at max height I'd say you still wouldn't be able to drive on Irish roads.

I notice that he's removed the window washers..that would definately not be appropriate in Ireland..(am thinking UK is a pretty wet and muddy place as well..)..
I've been without my water reservoir for about a week or two now..and it's driving me bonkers... Just haven't had the time to fix it yet..

Then again... this car doesn't look like it should be driven in the rain..

I presume he's just moved the washer jets to the same panel as the wipers or on the wiper arms themselves. Wouldn't make any sense to get rid of them altogether.

Ah yeah...that sounds more sensible!

I do miss the ability to clean my window whilst driving... :-(

He must have moved the jets because it is a MOT/NCT failure if they aren't present.

And the police can get you if they aren't working and at least one third full of water (as far as I can remember)

I'm sure theres a few changes on this car to be made for it to pass NCT/MOT.

It certainly wouldn't get through the NCT with no handles on the doors or with De-Cat on exhaust. I guess the amount of changes to be made around NCT time is the price you have to pay on a heavily modded car.
You'd need to have a few spares lying around.

Atleast they can't fail you on not having matching color doors and bonnet :-)

The cream leather interior really looks smart. The doors personally wouldn't be my thing. Is he correct saying the reg is 2000??

Good Point - He says that it was 1st reg in Oct 01 (X plate) and imported in 2002 (at just a few months old :? )

It has the old style front bumper style lights (though they have been removed) and it doesn't have a passenger airbag (in most 98+ FTO's I have seen). Smells a little fishy!

You would probably break the spoiler on the ferry it is so low down.No pictures of the engine bay. Could be because the car had a colour change. There is a blue one on ebay with a red engine bay and it does not look right. Mr Patel did not reach the reserve for his car. Having spent over 12k on the car I suspect he will not recoup his money
